Both are newer, larger, waterfront, include very private drive and dock, steps to the lake, gas bbq, park style cast bbq, large screened in porch, patio furniture and a lightweight canoe. Swim off the dock with your family and pet in the pristine waters of Otter Lake. |  |

| Inside a Premium Cottage is a new full kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, all linens for bedrooms, full bathroom with tubs, bath towels, hair dryer, satellite tv with dvd/vcr, dr table and living room seating for 6. The screened in porch is larger and there is a big deck off the lr and master bdr. These are split level cottages with a sunken living room. |  |
