Very nice resort...the room has very nice view on the lake... helpful owner

I enjoyed my short time at Sunny point and was able to catch my gigantic pike from the dock.

A true hidden gem! Everything you and your family needs at one place; beautiful lake with clean water, separate play area, boating, fishing and what not. Very peaceful and quiet. We stayed for 3 night at cottage 3; recently updated and very well kept. We had direct access to the lake with a canoe. Management specially Cathy is extremely helpful and always is available and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable by all means. Highly recommended. The resort rooms also seem decent with a great location and direct view on the lake. Amneties are 30 min or so. We just went out once for groceries. Will definitely consider visiting again.

We have been coming here for Many Many Years and over many Holidays ,Very Hospitable , and Outdoorsy , Clean Rooms and very Roomy , If You like being in the Muskoka 's or your an Outdoorsy type of folk This is one place to hit up on a Long Weekend get away or for that matter for anytime of the year during the summer ,Come and enjoy the water front and take advantage of the beach and boats and fishing ,,,and Have Yourself A Great Get Away ,,,,,Never been Disappointed ! with the hospitality from Kathy and Leo ,,,Great people !!! We are always coming back here ,,,Thank You Our Home Away From Home ,,,

My family and I had a very pleasant long weekend here. This is a unique and private Cottage/Suite resort. We stayed 2xQueen bed Suite was so nice. Standing on the balcony, you can see the beautiful lake view. In the morning, only the birds can wake you up! Water-trampoline, kayaking, canoeing and various sports facilities are included. The lake is very quiet and weed-free, which is very suitable for swimming. We love this accommodation and can't wait to go there again on our next vacation!
